Warning: all deadlines are UTC. The authors of selected papers will be invited after the symposium to submit an extended version to a special issue at Science of Computer Programming (SCP). Almost always in China (except once in UK and once in Taiwan).

Data entirely hand-typed, one call for papers at a time.
